Bancroft employs an extensive and experienced CAD & Co-ordination Team to support our Design/Design Development and front-line Engineering and Management Teams.
Our CAD & Co-ordination specialists carry out spatial co-ordination between services and other trade packages. They are allocated to specific projects under the supervision of the Senior Contract Manager controlling each project. This ensures a full understanding of the overall objectives, and effective integration into the Project Management Team.
The CAD & Co-ordination Team is equipped with state-of-the-art software and, when working on site, team members are linked electronically to our Head Office for additional resource support and connection to our Head Office equipment.
The CAD operator involved in the initial co-ordination of the project is also responsible for periodically updating our drawings as changes occur throughout the course of the contract. They also prepare the Record Drawings, which are issued on completion of each project.
