Bancroft Blue is a division of Bancroft, which has been formed to meet the needs of our client base in the field of special works.
Special works is identified by us as the criteria scheduled below.
- Individual contract values of between £100,000 and £1million.
- Projects of a complexity which require special attention ie projects
with high levels of modification to existing services.
- Projects where clients are in occupation and the work area is
minor to the remaining space in the building.
- Projects which require a minor level of attending trade to be
priced and managed by the services contractor.
- Office moves and changes and services upgrades.
- Plant replacement such as chiller, generator, UPS and other
support services for the main installation.
- Mechanical & Electrical enabling packages preceding a larger project.
Bancroft Blue as a division of Bancroft has access to all of the Bancroft support staff and departments including design, development and CAD and co-ordination.
