Our involvement and experience in data centres has expanded over the past few years. In response to our data centre enquiries, we decided to dedicate one of our teams partially to data centre work. This team comprises of a Construction Director, Project Directors, a number of Senior Contract Managers and Project Managers who have been previously deployed to carry out data centre work. The knowledge and experience we have gained in previous projects and the use of experienced staff has proven exceptionally advantageous when tendering and planning for future work.
Within our data centre team we have in house design ability for the purpose of design development or design and build contracts from performance specifications prepared by professional consulting engineers. This facility has proven crucial in the delivery of our previous data centre work. The time criteria and technical input for most data centres is extremely demanding and requires a quick response with instant decision making in the event of change or any issues that arise during the course of the contract period.
Our previous data centre work has involved both Mechanical and Electrical Services. We have engaged with a blue chip client base, some of which provide data facilities to other companies and some who build unique data centre suites for their own use.
